The spacious one-bedroom apartment was equipped with a functional kitchen and a washing machine, making our stay comfortable, especially when traveling with children. As a history teacher from Shanghai, I appreciated the location near various affordable restaurants and a 24-hour Carrefour, allowing us to immerse ourselves in local culture. Our experience was a mix of highs and lows. The staff, particularly Mr Vishnu, Maneesh Ram, and Mohamed, were genuinely helpful, attending to our needs promptly. The hotel included several family-friendly amenities that kept my children engaged, such as a popcorn machine and a Kids Garden area, which enhanced our family experience. While we enjoyed the swimming pool, it was disappointing to face intermittent issues like inadequate internet and cold water in the bathroom. Despite these challenges, the hotel's commitment to sustainability through water conservation and waste management was commendable.
